2. 7–10 years of experience in die tryout or tooling engineering, preferably in the automotive
or heavy manufacturing sectors.
3. Strong understanding of stamping, forming, draw die processes, and press operations.
4. Hands-on experience with progressive, transfer, or line dies.
1. 3–5+ years of experience as a Tool Maker in a manufacturing or tooling environment.
2. Proficiency in the use of manual machine tools and precision measuring equipment.
3. Strong blueprint reading and mechanical problem-solving skills.
4. Experience with tool and die build, assembly, and repair processes.
